ScheduLink Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ScheduLink (the "Service") provided by 1442958 B.C. LTD. ("Company") at schedulink.io, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will notify you via email at info@schedulink.io. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Description of the Service

ScheduLink is a management tool designed specifically for high-volume photo studios. The Service helps studios manage client accounts, plan and schedule photoshoot events, assign photographers, and automate task management as well as email notifications to clients. Please note that ScheduLink is currently in beta, and some features or functionalities may experience downtime or errors.

4. User Accounts and Data Collection

Registration: Users create accounts using standard SaaS registration processes, providing details such as first name, last name, email, and phone number.

Additional Data: In addition to personal data, we collect usage data, cookies, and location data to help improve the Service.

Account Management & Termination: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for violations of these Terms or for other reasons deemed necessary using industry best practices.

5. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

6. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

Prohibited Activities: You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, provide false or inaccurate information, or engage in any activities that could harm the Service or its users.

Data Accuracy: Users are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and up to date.

7. Beta Service Disclaimer

ScheduLink is offered as a beta product. While we will strive to maintain and improve the Service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or the protection of your data.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied.

We are not liable for any loss of data or other damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Third-Party Integrations

ScheduLink integrates with third-party services such as Canny (for feature requests and user feedback), GitBook (for our knowledge base), and SendGrid (for email notifications).

Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of use. We are not responsible for any issues arising from these services.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in British Columbia, Canada. This arbitration will be conducted in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, and you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, particularly if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Service.
